Still remediating the roof they installed with new decking, June 2014, due to leaks resulting from exposed decking at base of eaves of gables, lack of flashing in a few critical ridges nor roofing membrane, counter flashing was not installed around chimney which now leaks. A new exhaust vent they installed leaks. I have a complex and steep roof. I would have preferred that they not bid or take the job since their crew was not equipped to handle a complex roof.
