Good internet until you need a service call! They either need to hire more technicians or something. I have had one tech out here, and if he would have gone by what the first man diagnosed, it would have been fixed. But he found issues at modem and said that would fix it. It lasted maybe 15 minutes, long enough for him to leave!! Now I am waiting on a “ Contracted Tech” to come in and replace the radio, which is what has been wrong all along. I emailed and Monique responded. She eventually told me to come down on Saturday and her or her partner David would get me taken care of. I didn't mention that I was handicapped and what all it took just to get ready. Turns out Monique is a big liar. No one was there, a wasted trip. On top of that I was never contacted again. How rude!!! After reading their reviews I am glad I didn't make the mistake of getting their service.
