We have been with them for quite a while with no major issues other than the cost of services. We have two dogs and it is important to us that they are well cared for and up to date on vaccines and routine check ups. During the pandemic they cancelled appointments which we understood. Plainfield Pet Hospital found my cats asthma when no other vet could. Have been going there for years. Excellent!
All the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful with my 2 dogs. Handled one of my dogs swelling from having allergic reaction with the speed and care you'd expect for a human patient! Very pleased with compassion shown.
I took my dog here for his annual checkup. It was his first visit to the vet since being treated for a back injury over the summer that he obtained at the groomers, and he has been TERRIFIED of those high-up tables at grooming salons and veterinary offices since then. The staff here were truly amazing with working around my dog’s anxiety, and by the end of our visit he even accepted a treat from a “stranger” (the vet) for the first time ever.
Where do I begin... Best and only vet I will take and trust my pet with! They have always treated my pet highly, my concerns are met with equal concern and overall I feel I’m treated very well here. My dog has had a list of ailments and even in her showing of age, has been given nothing but the best.
RecommendedBoth my kitten and dog love the treats they get before any shots....favorite is the chicken baby food. Been taking my pets here for many years. They always go the extra mile to make pets at ease.
The staff does an excellent job with my rescue pup. They do whatever it takes to make him feel comfortable, including jars of baby food (which is his vice) to distract him during blood draws, vaccinations, etc. Highly recommended!!
Love the time they take and how they explain what's going on, and make my dog comfortable.
We just brought our kitten in for the first time a couple weeks ago and they were great! The staff there gave us a folder of great information for new cat owners. It is a very relaxed environment. I am happy I accidentally went to this animal hospital and not the one I was orginally going to go to.
