First time new patient visit for cleaning and was very pleased with the experience. This is a locally owned and operated practice that still has the personal feel—not like the corporate chains or previously local practices that have sold out to corporate management companies. Great experience and I plan to be back every six months for my routine cleanings. Highly recommended and I couldn’t have asked for anything to be better—smooth check-in, treatment, and check-out! A++!
I brought my mother-in-law, who has dementia, in for the first time to Plainfield Family Dental. The staff was amazing! They treated my MIL with care and compassion. The hygienist, dentist and receptionist were all so professional and good at explaining things.
