I emailed PLAE on mistake thinking they were the shoe company. They kindly emailed me back to let me know they weren't affiliated with the shoe company and even went a step further to provide me with the correct link! If I'm ever in the market for performance or gym equipment, I will be sure to shop with them! Thank you for being so kind and having such great customer service!!
PLAE outfitted 1 of my facilities and I will have them for every project on flooring here on out. To say PLAE is "good people" would be an understatement. They are GREAT people and take genuinely caring to another level. Their flooring products are great, their Summits are awesome and their customer care is tops. I back PLAE 110%! Much Respect!
Facility just outfitted, and so far a seamless quality level of service, delivery and installation. Jarrod has been an absolute legend in the whole project. Nothing has been a concern, epitome of great service and the reason i will choose and recommend PLAE to others. Cannot wait to see how it performs!
UPDATE: Patrick worked with us to fix the issues with our retrofit. Definitely apologetic about prior issues and made us a priority to make sure we were happy. I'd say the first time was a fluke, and they ensured things were correct at no extra charge. Patrick is new to the company and is definitely helpful and attentive. With some new people on board now I'd recommend. OLD: Nothing but issues for both projects at my facility. Terrible.
