I was excited to have Collin come and give me a quote to have my roof looked at this spring and see if winter left any damages behind, but recently learned he's no longer with the company over the awful owners person opinions, not even over his work ethic. (Which was top tier by the way.) Hopefully the owner doesn't speak to his customers how he speaks to his co workers! Definitely do NOT recommend using this company. I've learned that these days, contractors are hard to get a hold of, but that wasn't the case with PRC! I reached out to them last Thursday, and they got back ahold of me the same day with an estimate scheduled for the next (Friday). We had the contract signed and they finished the work on the next Tuesday! So, from start to finish, the project length was less than a week! They identified the issue, along with other recommendations that they had, and when we went with only the repair, we didn't get any push back from anyone.... read more

Some squirrels torn part of my shingles under an upstairs window. My son recommended I call PRC. Clem, the owner, was by within a day of my call. He fixed the area right then and there! I was very pleased. Can't even tell the shingle was ever torn. Definitely will be calling him whenever I have a problem with my roof and recommending him to my friends and family.
