Just a short note for anyone considering seeking services from Placerville Dental Group.....Walk away, do not make an appointment, do not attempt to get any kind of help here. Absolutely no empathy, sarcasm literally with every word that came out of this man's mouth. Run while you can!!!
I have not been there the dentist in 26 years after a really bad experience. You drove over and hour today get here and it was beyond worth it!! Barely felt the anesthesia and they fixed my chip tooth and it looks better than before. The site staff is awesome as well!! Highly recommend them!
Wonderful staff. Nervous coming in but relaxed quickly. Friendly atmosphere & staff. Truly appeared to know what they were doing. I felt very good about that, very trusting in staff's expertise. Impressed by modern equipment, professionalism in general. All was excellent experience. I'm leaving with feelings of great confidence in the work to be done on my teeth. Root canal. In spite of my anxiety, with the gentle voices and hands of Laura and Dr. M, I found my self dozing! I am a career "dentist" avoider which has landed me in more trouble that the avoidance was worth! No longer. This is the year of a complete, healthy mouth! Thank you to Placerville Dental Group for getting my butt in the chair and my mouth in order. :)
Dr.Steele is the Best.He made me look n feel beautiful. My teeth were so bad with rot they were so ugly I would hide them from everyone. After a few visits with Dr.Steele I now show them off to everyone.When people see them,they can't believe how beautiful they are.Thank you so much for giving me my confidence and my beauty back.All his ladies are all so sweet too.
