I had a leak in my tire and wanted a patch plug. Placer Subaru was the only place with a Hunter RoadForce wheel balancer so I gave them a call. Even though I don't have a Subaru, I called the morning-of on a Friday to ask for any openings and was easily slotted in by James. I dropped the car off and got a call from him about an hour later saying there was a nail in the tire and that they path plugged it since I already approved the repair. Easy-in, easy-out. Thanks to James and the tech!
