Never visit Placer Dermatology. office staff is rude, one of the doctors loves to freely treat your skin without making sure your insurance covers treatment, then you'll receive a huge bill in the mail. when you try to reach out to the billing department for answers, no one is ever available, I've let several messages over months, when I finally got ahold of the receptionist to be transferred to the billing department, Erin was beyond disrespectful over the phone. They don't refund the money. My insurance already paid them but they don't want to refund me my money. Billing person never pickup or respond. Totally irresponsible and unprofessional. Be ready to loose your hard earned money. They easily earn it unprofessionally.

I was worried after reading such negative reviews online. Couldn't have been more wrong, though. The receptionists were all so friendly and helpful, assistants were warm and kind. Dr. Henke was very patient, listened to all my concerns and addressed each of them without being rushed. I highly recommend this group of lovely people and wish them all the best. Until next year!
Dr Henke was one of the best dermatologist i have ever seen, he is very Professional.. not to mention the friendly staff and the great customer service this office have. Waiting time was less than 5 minutes. I would highly recommend him to my whole family members and all my friends.
Terrible service! Very unprofessional to have a patient sit and wait for over an hour after check-in, all the while seeing patients whose appointment times were after mine! Then wanted to "fit me in"...I've had this appointment scheduled for 6 months and now they want to "fit me in"? I will find another Doctor with a courteous & professional staff!
Customer service was terrible. Unfriendly staff. Addition services are charge that are not done. Be careful. Watch your billing
