These guys were great, i have the carmax warranty care and they took very good care of my vehicle and kept me updated with pricing and allowed me to keep my vehicle there while i was out of town. When i first bought the car i had my initial and primary concerns taken care of at carmax for the first few weeks. After that carmax did not really help me and i didnt want to wait another 2 weeks for a visit.
