As a single mom I appreciate that I can come here and get an honest opinion of what is going on with my car. Very pleasant and understanding people I drive a jeep grand cherokee '94. Had some severe engine trouble; burning coolant and oil engine trouble. I called them up and was greeted by very pleasant and understanding people. Because of the severity of my vehicles issues it took a time or 2 to smooth it all out and they maintained their civility and understanding through the whole ordeal which helped ease my frustrations.
