The manager is rude and the girl at the front desk is rude as well I don’t recommend
After reading a lot of reviews here and there about this place I decided to take a chance. I found the place to be exactly what I needed on my much needed solo vacation to DC. It was easy to get to from Union Station and transportation from there was easy and convenient. Poor service. We didn't get the apartment we booked. Instead of an apartment on the upper floor with a balcony, we got a room in the basement. When we wanted at least the difference back, this was rejected. The apartment was not clean and we had to move again. The money was not refunded because the room in the basement was supposedly an upgrade. I can't recommend the accommodation.
