I would say it’s definitely an urban oasis! It was close to great restaurants and entertainment. Parking is an issue and it’s kind of dangerous to park outside the building. Loved the mirrors and views!

Do not stay at this hotel. I booked this hotel in November 2025 for a stay in April 2026. The hotel cancelled my reservation without my authorization at the last minute. When I tried calling the hotel, the phone number would automatically disconnect when I selected the option to speak to the front desk. To make matters worse, the hotel neither refunded me nor offered to refund me. I had to go through Expedia to receive a refund. Definitely look elsewhere for your stay.

there is nobody at front desk … who is here to help ? needed extra towels 12/27came down about 5 separate times staying with my mom and sister and nobody was present but i saw the same lady who checked me in later in the night in the building seemingly drunk or just loud so who do i ask for towels ? nice rooms staff seems to need help

Just stayed here for a conference located in DC. I read some reviews before booking and not all of them were accurate. Yes, the immediate location is not the best but it is DC. What do you expect? I was never approached or bothered while walking around the area and felt relatively safe. The room was very clean and large, although some surfaces could have been wiped down better before I checked in. For the price, I would stay here again next time I am in DC.
