Kaitlyn is amazing! She’s professional and provides excellent customer service. The WiFi was out in the building and she went beyond the call of duty with contacting the appropriate team to report the problem! She made safe recommendations for shopping and dining in the area as a native Washingtonian, which we greatly appreciated!
Caitlyn at the front desk is remarkable. She made our stay very comfortable and made sure we had clean towels and supplies. She is helpful and we had a great stay.
The manager is rude and the girl at the front desk is rude as well I don’t recommend
After reading a lot of reviews here and there about this place I decided to take a chance. I found the place to be exactly what I needed on my much needed solo vacation to DC. It was easy to get to from Union Station and transportation from there was easy and convenient. The apartment was exactly what I wanted, with a fully equipped kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom. Loved that there was a washer and dryer. The entire space was super clean and comfortable.
