RENT SOMEWHERE ELSE! I rented from Place Property Management for 2 years, during which time they allowed other tenants in the building to smoke indoors. Despite the building being a non-smoking building, Place Property did not correct this behavior, other than sending a violation letter. During my residence, I called Place Property numerous times, about the smoke coming through my vents. Again, Place Property did not act upon any of this, choosing instead to send more letters. If I could give zero stars I would this place is very money hungry they will charge you for just about anything they take your whole security deposit and then some added on when you left the property as it was I would not recommend this place what so ever
