Although this wasn't for a nail service, I want to highlight the salon's owner and how remarkably warm and positive she is. I dropped my wallet right outside the salon after going to KBay Bros, and one of her clients turned it in. When I stopped by the next day to retrieve it, the owner was absolutely radiant, gracious, and welcoming. I am so deeply appreciative of her kindness. All the ladies are terrible and cut corners been trying on and off for years but every time still dissapointed nails never last they leave so much uncleaned no perfection here
I was getting my nails done here last time we were stationed here in 2010. I was so happy to see this place was still open for business, but not sure if Kim was still there. I was so happy to see she was still there ! She did my nails exactly how I wanted them, her skills were even more perfected than I remembered. I’m so happy I found her again and to be established in finding my “new” places at our new duty station again. I’m so happy with my nails!!!!
Received only one coat of clear gel color and one top coat !! I asked why not 2 coats of gel color. Owner says it’s because it’s clear gel color we use only one coat. I showed her my nails and she said if it chips come back I I informed her I don’t have time to waste. Then I received hand massage, which I no need that, I come for the nail service! 😡 Not happy!!
Kim does the BEST manicures on island. Her gel manis last forever with zero chips. My sister and I are regulars. Book Kim for manicures and Tammy for pedicures. Highly recommend!!!
