Staff doesn't care enough to look into the paper work/insurance policies to understand the correct steps that need to be taken before each appointment. They had the patient go into the office multiple times to tell them they hadn't received the documents from insurance and would not be able to do the procedure. Wouldn't recommend the place, specially if you're an immigrant and English is your second language.
Unprofessional, hygienists and assistants just didn’t show up and had to reschedule
Word experience ever. They are not professional, assistants are always missing, they cancel appointments, make mistakes sending requests to the insurance and then charge you, hide charges from you until the last minute, and they make you go to the office just to tell you they are not able to receive patients that day and reschedule. They lied to me after extractions by blaming me for not taking medication they DIDN’T prescribed from the beginning. If I could give negative score I would. Horrible place, never go there.
If there was a zero rate I would put it! The worse treatment I saw not only with patients but with staff too! I feel very sorry for them to work with this kind of dentist! Respect comes first before professional no matter how professional you were!!
No toilet paper in food court bathrooms....
