Very unethical. Breaks teeth and doesn't fix them. Embarrasses and is very condescending to staff in front of patients. Have recently witnessed him put a new assistant on the spot mid-appointment stopping everything and have them recite procedure after making a mistake which put them under distress. It's uncomfortable and unnerving and makes you wonder what happens away from patients. . More turnover than a McDonald's.
Very unethical
I was a patient there for almost 20 years and received excellent dental care from Chris, Olga and their staff. However, punctuality is not their strength. The number of times I waited in the chair because the dentist was "stuck in traffic and 30 minutes away" seems statistically improbable. In addition to delayed appointments, a number have been canceled as I was arriving (10 to 15 minutes before the scheduled time) or after I have arrived and sat in the waiting room, because the dentist hadn't arrived for the day.
