RecommendedIt's quiet and a safe place to call home
Edgemont has gone through some management changes! We have been here 6 months and many items have improved since moving in. The office staff, Jessica and Cindi are always helpful and speedy with issues and problems. The maintenance gets done in a efficient and timely manner. Kudos to the staff!
I have lived here 29 years ago and now I’ve been back for the last 4 almost 5 years I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else besides my ow house. Highly recommended!
I have lived here three different times. Two of those years were amazing. This year has been the worst. The trash outside of our apartment was not maintained at all. The trash compactor was broken for months and anytime we asked management about it the response was, “we are looking into it and it should be fixed in a few days.” This went on for months under the new management. This has been the worst apartment I have ever lived in! The management is horrible and can’t keep up with their records. The prior management team lost our lease. Thank goodness we kept records of everything! We have even had property stolen from our side our apartment. The area has turned into a teen hang out. People are outside working on their cars, etc. and hanging out until early in the morning. The grill works half of the time and is closed during half of the year. Because the apartments are not being maintained well. The trash hasn’t been picked up for an entire month. It smells like a landfill at the apartment complex.
My husband and I lived here for almost 2 years (2015-2017)Great community loved how quiet it was. The spacious apartment was wonderful! I liked having the designated parking spaces as the apts I lived at before didn’t have that and parking was an issue. The location is perfect with all the amenities around you.
