I desperately needed a front tire placed on my bike. Of course all the dealerships are booked until August. So I come across this shop. I call and told the guy what I need and that I have my own tire he says “come in an hour and a half”. I expressed to him i don’t like riding in the rain especially since my tire is so bad. He stated “we will be done before that”. So I get there roughly five minutes early banging on the door in an ally with no response so I call. The man says “I just left. Eh, called multiple times with no answer. Left my number on the voicemail with no call back. I went in and yelled 'hello' multiple times with no answer. I'll go somewhere else. At least answer the phone.
I work right down the block from PL Powercycles so I was excited to try them out. I took what I would consider an odd job in to Paul and he was able to help me out same day. I needed bearings pressed in to a chrome swing arm and none of the Harley dealers would touch it because they weren’t doing the installation of the swing arm on the bike. I dropped it off on my lunch hour and picked it up after work. I’ll be going back whenever I need work done that I can’t do in my own garage.
My wife and are are traveling from Topeka Kansas, and I had a tire coming apart on my Triumph. I called two dealerships they couldn't help me. I called Paul he said come on in I'll get you taken care of. Not only did he have the tire in stock, he had me back on the road in an hour. Super nice guy and a spectacular bike mechanic. Any one need there bike worked on in the Milwaukee area I strongly suggest P.L. PowerCycles LLC.....superb!
Awsome ..Best bikes and cars in town .. both used and unused ...
Paul is awesome, got my new tire mounted and new breaks, showed me a few things, even gave me a soda.
