Have brought my toddler here 3 times hoping it would change and will NOT be back. My toddler is not a fan of new people. Today during her routine check up she was scared and afraid which I explained she is not a social baby, their answer was to bring another doctor in to hold her down to take her height. I have been attending this office as a patient myself and now my children for over the last 30 years. I have absolutely loved the care that we have received from Dr. Mancini however the office staff has progressively gotten absolutely terrible. I went in yesterday for my daughter's 4 year old check up and she has been going there since she was born, and was told that she was not able to be seen after sitting in the waiting room for 30 minutes because they could not verify her insurance even though it has been the same insura... read more
I love dr mancini but this is the worst pediatric office I’ve visited. Front office staff is so bad
I always feel like I’m being told as quickly as possible what’s going on with my kid and then rushed out the door. I don’t have time to ask questions and I’ve had to ask the doctor to come back in to talk to her. And I could hear her talking about me in the hallway to her nurses while my daughter and I are still in the room. My daughter doesn’t need to feel like she’s being a bother cause she doesn’t feel well.
