I visited for a nail service and was extremely disappointed by the customer service. The staff was incredibly rude from the moment I walked in. I felt unwelcome, dismissed, and treated like an inconvenience rather than a paying customer. The quality of a service doesn't matter if the environment is hostile, i had to leave the place. I will not be returning.
I absolutely love this nail salon! Isabel is a very creative nail tech who is willing to try the crazy ideas I come up with or see and want. The others I have had the pleasure of having do pedis and manis include Sammy, Desiree, Michael, and Cindy. All are great.
