Screwed up appt time didn’t do a cleaning even though I asked for a cleaning only and they took X-rays then disappeared for for 20 minutes. With no communication when I brought issues up nothing was rectified. My child was also treated disrespectfully This is for the Zimmerman location.
The dentist and the staff who provide care have always been kind and professional. My concern is not with the doctor or the quality of the dental care it is with the scheduling and communication from the front desk.
