Dr. Lei runs a professional facility. They always answer any question I have. They go above and beyond for there patients. I have noticed they treat everyone as a individual person and they take pride in there craft. My family and I have recommended many others to PL Dental and each person has been above and beyond happy. If you want good care and a dental office you can call home this is the place
One of the best dentist offices I have been to. Front desk people are awesome. Helped me with multiple insurance issues and got everything fixed for me. The work was outstanding and the doctors actually explain what is the plan is. I would highly recommend PL dental to anybody who is afraid of getting the process started!!
The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful. They made me feel comfortable and provided excellent service.
I am very disappointed with my experience at this dental office. I went there to have a root canal, but unfortunately, my tooth became worse after the treatment. I am still having significant pain even after the root canal was completed. I expected professional care and a successful treatment, but I am not satisfied with the result. I would not recommend this dental office based on my experience. I hope they take this situation seriously and improve the quality of care they provide to their patients.
Hygienists and therapists are very caring. Dr. Ly is extremely knowledgeable and professional. It’s nice to have a dentist that you can trust!
