Carrot appetizer was surprisingly good! We had a little snafu with the food, but our waiter Clark and the host more than made up for it! Espresso martinis for the wife and daughter were incredible!
Overall, the atmosphere was great. However, I think the doors between PK and RR should remain closed. The live music is quite loud, and if the goal is to create a more upscale dining experience, keeping the doors closed would provide a much better ambiance while still allowing guests in the other area to enjoy the music.
It's an ok brunch place. Service was excellent. Food was fine not impressive. The quiche was very crumbly and dry, its side salad felt unrelated to main dish. The portion was small. The tomato soup did not have much depth to it's flavor. The omlette was seasoned well. I may come back there
If I could give PK’s Roosevelt Room six stars, I would. From the moment we walked in, this place just felt special. The atmosphere is warm, relaxed, and beautifully designed, with instrumental string versions of classic and popular songs playing throughout brunch.
