If you want your property disrespected and have their own foreman smoking marijuana and cigars, cursing at his own crew workers, speaking to them very badly with racial slurs. He will then curse you out when politely asked to not smoke on our property or use vulgar language. This is your crew to choose! But the crew does do great work.
