Extremely incompetent, reviews on his website are controlled and negative reviews are deleted. This company installs new systems for HOLDCRAFT HOMES and is by far just as incompetent, check out his reviews to see other victims to their incompetence. Our brand new system would not heat, we had taken legal action against Mark Holdcraft and all this guy wanted to do is argue with my wife and use vulgar language when she called to set up a time for someone to come find out why our new system was not heating.
