File this one away under least environmentally friendly/aware corporation. PJs Coffee corporate policy is to refuse to fill a refillable cup. You have to accept a paper cup with a plastic lid, then dump the contents into your travel cup and throw away the paper cup and plastic lid basically unused. What morons. Last PJ coffee I buy.
please hire professional people that know how to greet customers with a smile and not look salty and screw face. Also provide training that it is rude to pay more attention to your cellphone than customer. I had to return my hot mocha because it tasted like straight up hot chocolate syrup.

First let me say that the lady behind the counter today was GREAT! The level of service was fantastic in spite of the fact that she was the only person working! Sunday morning at the airport and they only had one person working-making coffee, taking orders and serving. The line was 20 people deep consistently. Good coffee and good service but serious management issues!!
Just left PJs. Had a great experience. The girl working the drive-thru was so nice. She even gave my dog a treat and a "Puppachino" (whipped cream) I normally go to Starbucks. Because of this. Y'all won Us over!
