My PJ location, I wish I could give this location more than a 5. I use to go to the one on Louisville lets just say they are not like this location. The customer service here is outstanding. Those beautiful ladies are always so pleasant and so so sweet. When you deal with the public something can be hard and overwhelming but these lady handle it with grace. Thank you ladies and keep smiling. Yawl are the Best!! P.S.. my Mocha is always on point....
Love the service here. Everyone is so kind! This is my second visit and unlike the first, my coffee wasn't as pleasant. My first visit was great, didn't know what to order so I played it safe and ordered the caramel latte which was good but it definitely wasn't sweet enough for me...I informed them and they made it exactly how I wanted. This go around I got myself and my daughter a caramel creme and they were ok..definitely didn't have a pleasant taste. But because I'm a coffee lover and the service is great, I will try agai... read more
Love this location! Speedy service, quality goods, and you can’t top being greeted with such a kind attitude first thing to start your day! (That’s hard to find in the food industry around here so that’s huge for me)
