The service is great and the barista was great with our drinks! However we came originally for the beignets and when I bit into my bite size beignet, all I tasted was uncooked dough. The beignets needed to be left in the fryer a little longer. The cafe was not busy at the time we went so there’s no excuse for not allowing the beignets to cook a little longer. That part of our experience was disappointing.
My first time to PJ's coffee and I couldn't be more pleased. The coffee was wonderful. The beignets were great. The staff super friendly.
Most of the staff are not friendly, they have got my coffee wrong multiple times. When asking for the right one they have attitude. There is a few friendly staff. I go to Pj's all the time in lafayette Louisiana and they never have a problem making my coffee. Here they seem to not understand and inconvenienced. So i will need to make my own at home. I don't want to spend money to have attitude and bad coffee. Sad because I enjoy them when it's done correct.
Otber than their regular coffee machines weren't working for keeping coffee hot, it's a cool little place! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
