30 minutes in the drive thru for one coffee every since this place opened. Plenty of other faster options for coffee in Lake Charles.
Quality is inconsistent. Guy took the drink back today. Told me he was fixing my complaint did absolutely nothing to the drink and handed it back to me. Drink had such a little amount of coffee in it. It was mainly foam and whipped cream at the top. I asked for extra vanilla powder and an extra shot of espresso, which brought my drink up to $11 and something and could barely taste coffee in a drink.
Tiffany and her staff are amazing! Their cake pops are so moist and some of the best I’ve ever had. The beignets are great as well. Give this place a try, you won’t regret it.
SOOO AWESOME..THE ATMOSPHERE.. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE AMAZING FOOD AND BEVERAGES .. !!! GO CHECK THIS AMAZING PLACE OUT AND TELL THEM BETTY SENT YOU !!!
I should probably apologize to my bank account, because this place has me in a committed relationship with coffee. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and full of genuinely kind people. In a world where customer service seems to be disappearing, this crew somehow raises the bar every single day. They got me addicted. I came for the coffee, stayed for the people, and now my GPS probably assumes I live here. Keep doing what y’all are doing, you’re absolutely amazing.
