Bought two large coffees at the drive thru. Both were room temperature 30 seconds after getting them. Also, we were the only customers yet it took 12 to 15 minutes to get our order. Perhaps they made them and then put them aside to take a bathroom break. Will go someplace else in the future.
Why aren’t y’all open?!
Men’s restroom is nasty hasn’t been cleaned for since time. Yuck!
I have been to the location in Crowley and Lafayette and they were great. This location however was not good. I always order the praline Chai latte, I did the same at this location. They gave me some type of coffee I handed it back and told the worker it wasn't correct. She then took the drink added praline flavoring to the coffee and gave it back to me. If I pay 6 dollars for a drink I expect it to atleast be the correct drink.
