Been coming here for years. The past year every time I come for a FROZEN granita they give me a watered down one instead of frozen. Makes me not wanna go to this location. If they told me it wasn't frozen I would gladly wait or order something else.

This is my spot but for the past month or so customer service has fallen to the pits of hell...I started coming here at pj's since 2022 and I walys buy their tea or specialty drinks they have for that month...I damn near had the whole menu ..I make special trips twice a day for my tea and my Chihuahuas pup cup...this morning and seems like the same cashier for past month seems not friendly and never get my order right but always seem to repeat my order...I ordered two bacon biscuits , strawberry croissant two sweet teas...I ... read more
