Coffee is terrific and the service was great!
So, I’d like to start out by saying my review here is not about the quality of the food/coffee, or the service from the employees. That is always exceptional. I have enjoyed the coffee and service every time I come here. I was however charged twice for my order due to the kiosk/register losing internet right as I was making the purchase. Even though it went through on my card, I was asked to make a second payment….. If I see a refund of the second charge, then that will alter this review today. Ordered a chai and a water, the chai tasted gross, and the water tasted extremely dirty, which is probably why the chai was bad.
