Very good tasting coffee would probably do well if it was a standalone coffee shop rather than being in a gas station. It is on par with any of the local coffee shops
Lady had no idea how to make these drinks spent 21$ would love my money back. She mixed coffee with my matcha taste horrible 😩 my wife king coffee tase like pumpkin pie. My cinnamon roll was burnt. Can I please just get a refund I'll send pictures.
The main thing here is the beignets. They are amazing. Ask for them to make them fresh and have them when they are hot. The coffee is pretty solid too. Nice hidden gem that I hope sticks around
Pjs is my go to spot now for the hot chai and the delicious beignets. Julian made my experience very enjoyable, he was super friendly and provided knowledge on items of the menu i had questions about. I am not a coffee fan, and he had amazing recommendations for me to try. I highly recommend pjs, not only for the quality of food/drink but also the amazing atmosphere they provide.
