Going out of business soon...huge staff change over n the new kids have an extremely poor work ethic. Barista stating that now on Wednesdays and Sundays they apparently dump the granita mix at 5:00 PM. Now, I understand needing to be able to close the store in time, but there is absolutely no reason why a certain drink would not be available an entire HOUR before close. Even thirty minutes is reasonable. Why would you start shutting the store down an hour before close. This location is already closing earlier than other locations due to a staffing shortage etc etc, the least they could do is actually have the drink I ordered...Ā read more
