I am not a coffee person I was glad to see they had hot & cold tea. Will go there again
My first visit and won't be my last great coffee and great friendly people working there.
The food,drinks and coffee is great, however the young girls working in there, not much for customer service, no smiles , barely greet you, if they do at all, very slow, and really don't look like they want to be there or enjoy there job, so maybe they should look for a different line of work.
I am here almost every day. I absolutely love the service and the coffee! Such an amazing environment
Best coffee ever, I love the atmosphere , makes studying sooooo much easier
Every time I go I have the worst customer service experience, I'm not asking for a lot..a smile maybe would be nice. Or at least the right muffin, don't argue with me...I keep trying but after this morning I'm done. Thankfully we have Cc's, Downtown Jeaux, and Starbucks.
The people are so friendly and nice. But Everytime I go they never get my order right or it's never made the same as the last time. All I get is a regular vanilla late. And it's like a surprise each time. So if you like surprises this is the place for you lol. The one in TGMC is so much better they actually follow the recipe
