I purchased a 2009 Dodge Ram truck outright, paying cash and literally the day I drove off the lot it had transmission issues, they took it back 3 times to fix it and it never was. Eric told me to get in touch if it didn't get fixed so I attempted to again and they never answered the phone, returned my calls or texts.
