I ordered a frozen blended caramel granita. It was horrible, no sugar, no caramel. I tried to ask the associate for help but she couldn't understand what I was asking for. Needless to say I wasted $6.84.Â
Coffee was pretty decent but strawberry pastry was nasty, it smelled spoiled and I tossed it. Could not bring myself to taste it.Â
The customer service was great. The ladies were polite, full of smiles and they were sympathetic to my allergies. Everything looked neat and clean. I would re-visit this location if I were in this airport again.Â
If I could put 0 stars I would. Took a chance for some PJs instead of starbucks. But I ended up waiting at the register for 15 minutes no service, a line formed. Both self serve kiosks were broken. They close in 40 mins according to Google and many people ended up walking away. I love how they turn down business. Never seen anything like this. Starbucks it is then 😋Â
