Stay Away if you can. My order was delayed and several people that placed their orders after me came and went and I was still waiting. My croissant sandwich was burnt on the outside. My cappuccino was prepared on an automatic coffee machine. I paid about $30 for a burnt sandwich and a unremarkable cup of coffee. The employees looked unhappy and pissed. This was my first and last visit to PJ's coffee.
No friendly service. And a burned croissant.
Very disappointed. Coffee tasted way burnt. Beans may have been over roasted. It was interesting that they only had plant based milk for their milk options. (No whole milk). Coffee was served in paper cup without a sleeve, way hot to hold with bare hands. (Extra cup was provided upon request) Service was fine.
As someone who spent countless weekends at PJ's on Magazine Street back in the day, I was pleased to spot a location at the airport for my 7am flight. However, this airport outpost delivered a decidedly mixed experience. Ordering coffee via kiosk was an unusual experience, but the real test came with the food and drink quality. I ordered a frozen blended caramel granita. It was horrible, no sugar, no caramel. I tried to ask the associate for help but she couldn't understand what I was asking for. Needless to say I wasted $6.84.
