Worst service I may have ever received. The lady who was “working” making coffee on 09/15/2026 at 11:50 AM should not be employed there. I walked up and went to order and she just stared at me multiple times and looked back down at her phone. The catch is, you order on the kiosk machine. She clearly saw that I wasn’t aware of it and decided to ignore it. I then placed my order (one small latte). She sat and continued looking at her phone. Pretty low prices for an airport location! But quality doesn’t live up to the other PJs. Cold brew was VERY bitter and had a lingering burnt flavor. Almost repulsive.
Worker stood there and ignored us and two other customers until we all left.
Stay Away if you can. My order was delayed and several people that placed their orders after me came and went and I was still waiting. My croissant sandwich was burnt on the outside. My cappuccino was prepared on an automatic coffee machine. I paid about $30 for a burnt sandwich and a unremarkable cup of coffee. The employees looked unhappy and pissed. This was my first and last visit to PJ's coffee.
