Norm did a great job of replacing the smoke alarms. He always lets us know he is on his way. He’s always pleasant, and explains what he is doing. This is a really great company that handles rentals! We have lived here almost 5 years with NO complaints!
Norm,was very nice and knowledgeable about fixing the sprinkler system. He said the office was going to call me with an estimate for the repair on the hose bib but I haven’t heard anything about it yet.
Noemi Herrada did an exceptional job designing & rendering our shower remodel. She is very detail oriented. She is quite adept at using her design software to render plans.
Had a sink leak.Norm came and repaired it. He had to rearrange his schedule. Norm was polite and careful to explain what was going on. He showed me all of the problems found as he repaired it. I am grateful to him for his respect and care as well as now having a non leaking sink.
