Thank you, Keza and Nikki who just informed me that we now have the building permit and can proceed. Again, Thank you both for all the effort and handling the Architectual, Design & Permitting process and hand carrying these documents to the city of Phoenix to expedite the permitting process. Great in home consultation, totally understood what we are looking to do and offered some great alternative suggestions.
Keza at PJ Hussey is a rock star. Even though our project is a small one for them, she worked through the bureaucracy of the city and got our permit issued. Her communication throughout was top notch and made the process smooth and stress free... for us at least.
U can never go wrong with this company especially with a team member such as LAURA. Always on point, ever reachable with a sense of urgency, she is always there to help us clients out. Thank u for.everything that u do and making transactions and business engagements non stressful.
We are very pleased with the work performed by P.J. Hussey Construction Company. The shining star in this endeavor was Project Manager Ms. Justine Calnea. She did an outstanding job under some very difficult circumstances. Our appreciation and gratitude go out to her for all her assistance and guidance throughout our entire process. Also, to the owner of P.J. Hussy Construction, Mr. Andrew Thruston for his personal intervention in resolving the few difficulties that we had during our two-bathroom renovation projects.
Andrew From PHJ came over to our house. We found him to be very personable and professional. We discussed what we wanted to do. Andrew then explained the process gave us some ideas as well as our own and then took picture of the existing property. He then took all that back to his office and team.
