I couldn't be happier that I switched to Allstate. Pj seems to have a knack for hiring rude and uncaring secretaries and it makes calling into the office a terrible experience. I shouldn't be surprised though because PJ herself treats clients like they don't matter at all. I called her once to ask why my rates had gone up. After being told it was a state wide rate hike I asked if I could do anything to bring it down. "No." Was the answer. I have had State Farm for 20 years for my house and cars and had never actually met my agent before switching to PJ Johnson. I honestly feel that she cares about what is the right coverage for my family. If you want an agent that you feel like you are partnering with, contact PJ Johnson!

We recently changed banks and we're trying to get everything changed over for our payments and this agent chose to cancel my policy without ever making a phone call. She notified our apartment complex before ever notifying us saying the policy was about to be cancelled and proceeded even upon request via email to not call me and cancelled our policy and notified us 4 days after she cancelled the policy and all this during the floods here in Charleston. This agent has no concern for her clients or their well being.
