Paul is a man of many skills. He just completed a complex repair to my house, which involved opening a part of the siding; replacing a section of a rim joist, a few wood studs, a beam above a window, and a part of the window frame; and replacing a part of a drain pipe hidden in a wall that had been leaking for quite some time. I am a perfectionist, expecting perfection in everything done by myself or others. I am a retiree, and therefore had time to watch Paul working on repair. His work met my extremely high expectations.

Would NOT recommend. Nightmare the whole time. I have a laundry list but will just mention one: the job was completed a month ago and our condo plumber had to come in to check my newly-installed washer pipes because there was a leak downstairs. The leak was not caused by PJ Remodeling. But apparently the work, pipes, connections are shoddy, outdated, possibly prone to leak and one part is NOT TO CODE. I have to have them re-done.
