First let me say we love your Pizza...but we placed an order and was told it would be an hour and a half wait. We said ok my husband gets there and is told it would be another 10 minutes ok so he waited. Went back in and then was told oh sorry we gave your order to someone else and it would be another 45 minutes. Not very good service.
I ordered a pizza from them once and it was the deep dish/Chicago style pizza. I was told 45min for my pizza. When I got it home I opened it up and the pizza dough was very under cooked. I know it was busy and gave them the benefit of the doubt. I figured I would give them another shot tonight and I called in placed my order and was told 2 hours. I wash shocked how long I was told. Called at 4:30 for pick up, told 1:15-1:30 until its ready. get there 1:40, it should be ready and they tell me another 30-35 minutes until its ready!! Sorry, thats totally unacceptable given we gave you more time than you said was necessary in the first place!!! They just straight up never made our order, plain and simple.

5 Star Pizza ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We were first timers this week. We saw some pics a friend posted and my family has been wanted to try for some time. Pizzeria Scotty is Hands down my favorite pizza is the whole entire world! We actually have had it 2x this week now. The stuffed pizza is my favorite. Hour and half wait for call in order which they lost and expected us to wait another 45 minutes. Nope 👎
I do pick up in hopes that the food is ready when you tell me to arrive. Not to wind up being told five to seven minutes, then waiting for twenty minutes once I arrive. Then when I finally ask about my order, they pull it out of the hot box. Awesome! It’s a shame because I really like it here, but this will have me think twice before coming back.
I'm glad we ordered yesterday, to help you out.. however.. VERY disappointed on how you handled the social distancing in your lobby.. not even a sign on the door Urging your customers to refrain from waiting in lobby. While my husband went in I saw multiple people coming out for 1 order and multiple people walking in for 1 order. You need to think of a better plan. More than 10 ppl was in the lobby when we arrived. Good pizza.. poor management.
deep dish was great ! wanted to support my local business while the covid19 and shut down but i was disappointed that one said anything about having to many people in the lobby waiting for food. they should have told poeple to wait outside and return when then their orders were done...
