Pizzeria Pulcinella has the best chicken and rosemary focaccia sandwich. Also very good woodfired pizza.
Great people, and truly amazing pizza. The real Gold Standard of AVPN-certified pizzerias in Seattle and likely beyond. A nice plus that it's a bit out of the way and under the radar. I'm shocked how many people have never heard of it, but still, make a reservation on a weekend! The quality of the ricotta makes the Calzone's hard to resist, too.

I had been wanting to stop here for some time and last night we finally had the time to do so. Everything we had was delicious, from the Insalata Mista to the pizza to the dessert. We will definitely be back!
