I stumbled upon this place on my walk to Coit Tower. Ordered a fresh slice of combo pizza to go. It was REALLY good! I regret not ordering a second slice. Casual and down to earth vibe. Cash only** there's an ATM on site.
Amazed that a restaurant can keep up top quality (been eating here every time I'm in town... over the past 13 years).
The pizza was good, however the location is not very accommodating to guest. We ordered a pizza to-go on a hot day so we can enjoy it outside (inside felt like a hot box), when we saw a table outside open up and asked if we could sit there... The answer was "no, you already ordered".. 😒Okay, as a paying customer I think a table that was open should be available.
