I had a great experience at Pizza Ville in Scarborough. The food was amazing everything tasted fresh, hot, and really flavorful, especially the pizza which had the perfect amount of toppings, cheese, and sauce. The quality was excellent and you can tell they care about what they serve. The service was just as impressive; the staff were very friendly, welcoming, and made the whole experience even better. the employee was extremely rude and was on his phone the entire time. i waited for 3 minutes because he wouldn’t look up from his phone to take my order. when another person walked in the store, he immediately looked up and greeted them. my pizza was soggy and undercooked when i asked for it well done. the sauce was very soy and tasted off. i was polite during the process even though he was disrespectful and dismissive.
