I am a senior now at Duquesne and have been ordering from Vespuccis for almost 4 years now. I have always enjoyed their food, but the past year their business has severely declined. I now receive cold, lopsided, greasy pizzas, for 30% more expensive than I did just a few years ago. On top of that, what was once excellent customer service is now borderline offensive. Pizza Vespucci has the best recipe for pizza in the Pittsburgh area for college students. However, their customer service is lacking. They constantly forget drinks, extra ranch, etc. When I have already paid for the product and they do not offer any discount compensation.
