Went here for supper with family totally sucked ass hardly any fountain drinks were available pizza was so old you could break the window out of the place with it a shame they charge you 1.89 for tap water This place would be better off to lock the doors if the franchise knew how bad it is they would just close it down

Terrible! Very little food available...out of everything on salad bar...even all the cheese shakers on tables were empty...extremely rude service. I will never try this place again.

Worst food , customer service, and experience ever!!! Will never be back and won't recommend this place to anyone. Food wasn't fresh, drinks were disgusting and I asked for a refund they gave excuses; claim to have given me a refund I checked my bank statement and that was a lie! This restaurant is awful!!!

Worst experience ever on oct. 30th 2015. Came in for a meal after driving 2 hours and was charged for water to start, no food on bar, dirty tables,no napkins,etc. The pizza finally came out and was so bad and flavorless not to mention crust was basically just a flour disc with cheap ingredients piled on. Took 1 bite and spit it in my napkin asked for a refund was told no and had security called on me and my wife for "causing problems" wgile being asked to leave. The most AWFUL eating experience I've had in my entire life! (not kidding!) The dessert pizza bar had three empty pans with no pizza on it. Empty container with NO tomatoes. Barely any pizza on the main bar to eat. Did have a full pan of fried chicken, though. No forks. All the drinks in the soda machine were flat or didn't have any carbonation. First off, don't yell across the store at me... come over and just apologize for not having a drink available and offer a refund on the drink and ask me to leave my drink outside. Second, let people know before they pay, that you only have water and it's going to be almost $2. Third, don't have a fountain drink of your own behind the counter in the pizza making section that came from somewhere else. This place is disgusting. I wish I would have looked around before I paid to eat. There are only 4 other clean tables out of a room full. The tables are piled high with dirty dishes. The pizza bar is old pizzas and the dessert bar is empty and water is $2. This is our first and only time we'll be visiting this establishment. Very disappointed! One word summary: DISGUSTING!!

Terrible service. Thought this was suppose to be a family restaurant. You can't even bring your family in there. They had inappropriate things showing on the tv I'm sure no mom would want their small children watching. Plus my son is small and can't eat pizza yet so we brought his food with us and they told us he couldn't eat that in there restaurant. Won't be going back there.
