We go here all the time and the employees are always so nice. However we had a issue with our last order and we were told we could claim a free pizza on our next order to make up for the fact our pizza was extremely undercooked and falling apart because it was so undone. When I called the next time, I mentioned this, and the owner Scott completely went off on me and started scolding me that I ask every time I call and he is sick of it and we will never be offering a free pizza so I should just stop asking.
