Went in close to closing time, but they were still open. Saw a slice sitting in the case, just wanted to grab it on my way home. Stood there for about 10 minutes at the counter, workers in uniform who were either already off shift or close enough to being off where they didn’t care to notify the worker actually working that there was a customer waiting. Tastes different from Pizza Pizza in the GTA but it's still decent. A little slow to make walk in pizzas but it tastes great fresh. Most of the time their slices are super old but not always.

Absolutely terrible experience. The pizza arrived cold, the toppings were unevenly distributed, and the crust was dry and tasteless. On top of that, the order was delayed far beyond the estimated delivery time with no communication or apology from the staff. Customer service was disappointing as well. When I called to ask about the delay, the response was unhelpful and dismissive. For the price charged, I expected much better quality and professionalism. Pizza Pizza gives amazing service and serves one of the best pizza of Victoria. If you haven’t tried a pizza made by Ankush yet, you’re seriously missing out. Go give it a try if you want to taste one of the best pizzas in Victoria! They are the best.

I recently visited Pizza Pizza in Victoria. The staff were friendly and the service was quick. The pizza was fresh and affordable, which makes it a good option for a quick meal. The restaurant was clean and the overall experience was good. I would visit again.
