Hello Pizza Pizza Team, I recently placed an order for 5 XXL pizzas, and I’m extremely disappointed with what I received. All five pizzas were badly burned, very dry, and hard. The quality was completely unacceptable. I had ordered these for kids, but they didn’t like the pizzas at all and refused to eat them. Sadly, the whole order was wasted. It was very upsetting, especially considering the cost and the expectation from a well-known brand like Pizza Pizza. This was a very disheartening experience.
We got the veggie large pizza, onion rings, french fries and chicken nuggets. The quantity was good but the taste was not as it should have been... The service was poor and the ambience was also not nice....
I genuinely wish I could give zero stars for the experience we had. We visited this place for a dine-in meal, hoping for a pleasant outing, but things went downhill the moment we arrived. An older man, who seemed to be either the owner or someone working there, approached us in a very rude and aggressive manner just because of where we parked our car.
