Had a really great experience at Pizza Pizza on Yonge Street in Barrie! The pizza was fresh, hot, and delicious, with generous toppings and a perfectly baked crust. The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful, and the service was quick and professional. I also really enjoyed the creamy garlic dip — definitely a must-try! Overall, great food, good value, and excellent customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back again and would happily recommend this location to friends and family
Absolutely embarrassing. I honestly don't know how you can ruin pizza this badly. It's one of the simplest foods on the planet, yet this location somehow manages to fail every single time. I miss when the older lady ran this place. She actually cared about quality and made pizza that people wanted to come back for. Now it feels like nobody gives a damn. When did the customer service cease to exist here.. this used to be my spot.. i scheduled my order for a time guarantee for 7:30 and the guy at the store said no we dont offer time guantees yet there CS said your ordee is now free.. waited 40mins for a cold Pizza. I feel let down! Customer first at this place died for me.. not ordering from here ever again!
Absolute terrible service here. Canada is a very different place these days that’s for sure. I’ll just leave it at that.
