Sorry for the lower review today, but I ordered a panzerotto for pickup, and when I showed up 20 minutes later it had not even been prepared, despite the app indicating it had. I watched and it was over 25 minutes from when I ordered before the panzerotto was put into the fryer, and that was only after I complained about the time it was taking.
It was a little burnt that’s all.
I had the exact same experience as described in Kahsha's review. I should have read her review before coming in here. The guy at the very front was truly unfriendly. All the tables and chairs in the restaurant had food scraps on them, so we had to wipe them down ourselves before sitting down. Furthermore, the washroom was closed for some reason, and when I asked about it, he just said it wasn't available, as if it were a bother.
The service was absolutely terrible. At first I felt bad because there was only one person working but then I saw someone else just sitting there in the back. So not only did my food take forever (which I can excuse) but the worker treated my friend and I like crap. He was very rude, dismissive and ignored everything I said.
