Great customer service and they make their pizza with love
This was my first bite of my pizza and felt something after looking at what I bit into to was a hair baked in the cheese. What happened to wearing hair nets. This turned was a turn off. Not returning to this store. Why am I paying for a hairy pizza.
I placed my order tonight. It took over the 50 minutes- which I did mention and the driver told me “it’s busy you still have to pay”. Which I did. I requested my driver to call when arrived which he did but 5 minutes before he even got to my home so I was waiting outside. I took my order inside. I ordered a pizza- which wasn’t even warm and it for some reason tasted so salty, hot and honey wings that didn’t have the sauce on it or even one on the side, 3 dips and only received 1. Absolutely unacceptable.
I ordered a pizza for pick up. When I got home, it was the wrong order. When I called to get the right order delivered ( I had no way of getting back) they told me I had to go pick up a new one, or get a $10 credit. I told them to just refund my card and they said they can't. After going back and forth with customer service, they hung up. Terrible customer service and a terrible product. I will never order again.
