The pizza was awesome and the girl who took our order was really sweet and calm.
I visited your Victoria Park location today and placed an order for a large and XL pizza. When I received my order, I asked for three paper plates so my kids could eat comfortably, but I was told that the store doesn’t carry paper plates. I then asked for slice trays instead and was informed that I would need to pay $3.25 for each tray. I was surprised when the store owner charged $15 for three empty slice trays, especially considering the amount I had already spent on the pizzas. The Punjabi girl took our order( 3:00 am ) and her attitude was not right for us . She was rude with us. She was using her mobile phone while interacting with customers. She should know how to do proper customer service.
