I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received during a recent order experience. I placed an order at 12:50 AM, just 10 minutes before the store was scheduled to close at 1:00 AM. The order was accepted without any issue. However, at 12:55 AM, I received a call from the store informing me that my order had been canceled because the store was already closed.
