Ordered a special with large pizza 4 drink 10 wings one pizza with pepperoni and mushroom and another with ham and bacon. Went for pick up and was given both mozzarella and even called the store but they said they couldn't do anything about it extremely disappointed
There is one employee who works at the location his name is Sath, I do apologize if I got the name wrong - but customer service from this individual is definitely impeccable reason why I return back to this location
I ordered a slice of pizza via mobile. The cashier didn't even bother to heat up the pizza for me, literally grabbed and shove it into a bag. If I want cold pizza, I would have grabbed it from Chalo next door :(
I had a very disappointing experience with Pizza Pizza. I ordered online, and the pizza quality was extremely poor—it was not fresh and made me feel sick. On top of that, the delivery driver was very rude and unprofessional. This was completely unacceptable. I will not be ordering from Pizza Pizza again and would not recommend it to others. Please don’t go.
